Please call for an appointment to ensure Dr. Cancel can accommodate your needs and schedule. You will be given a convenient appointment time for your first treatment or follow-up visit. Unlike other doctor offices in Walnut Creek, Dr. Cancel does not “multiple book” appointment times with his patients. He reserves individual time with each patient in order to do things the right way—the way you REALLY deserve, to get the results you seek. Dr. Douglas Cancel and team serves the residents of Walnut Creek, CA, and the nearby communities of Concord, Pleasant Hill, Danville and Lafayette.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO PERFORMANCE SPORT CARE

• Note: Our office is located on the first floor of a two-story medical building that is situated next to the Heather Farm Park/Swim/Tennis Complex.
• Other nearby landmarks include a Shell Service Station and Banfield Pet Hospital.
• Free parking is available throughout our building complex parking lot.
• Our facility is located in the atrium area of the building in Suite 106

DRIVING FROM SOUTH OF WALNUT CREEK:

Travel northbound on I-680 to Walnut Creek/Sacramento. Take the Rudgear Road exit (EXIT 44). Drive STRAIGHT onto S. Broadway. Turn RIGHT onto Civic Drive. Turn RIGHT onto Ygnacio Valley Road. Make a U-TURN at San Carlos Drive (Shell Station) and drive back up Ygnacio Valley Rd approximately 175 yards. Take your first right turn (Marchbanks Drive) and make an IMMEDIATE RIGHT TURN into our parking lot.

DRIVING FROM NORTH OF WALNUT CREEK:

Travel southbound on I-680 to Walnut Creek/San Jose. Take the Geary Road exit (EXIT 48), toward Treat Boulevard. Keep left at the fork in the ramp. Turn left onto N Main Street. Turn left onto Treat Blvd. Turn RIGHT onto Bancroft Road. Turn RIGHT onto Ygnacio Valley Road. Turn RIGHT approximately 125 yards beyond the Shell Station, then make an IMMEDIATE RIGHT TURN into our parking lot.

DRIVING FROM SAN FRANCISCO OR OAKLAND:

Option #1: Take Hwy CA-24 East towards Walnut Creek. Take the I-680 N exit (EXIT 15B), on the LEFT toward Concord/Sacramento. KEEP RIGHT to take the Ygnacio Valley Road off-ramp. Turn RIGHT onto Ygnacio Valley Road. Travel 1.9 miles and then make a U-TURN at San Carlos Drive (Shell Station). Travel back up Ygnacio Valley Rd approximately 175 yards. Take your FIRST RIGHT turn (Marchbanks Drive) and make an IMMEDIATE RIGHT TURN into our parking lot.

Option #2: (Afternoon/High Traffic) Take Hwy CA-24 East towards Walnut Creek. Take the I-680 N exit (EXIT 15B), on the LEFT toward Concord/Sacramento. Take the Treat Blvd exit, (EXIT 48), toward Geary Road.  KEEP RIGHT to take the ramp toward Silicon Valley College/Chronicle Pavillion at Concord. Merge onto eastbound Treat Blvd. Turn RIGHT onto Bancroft Road. Turn RIGHT onto Ygnacio Valley Road. Turn RIGHT approximately 125 yards beyond the Shell Station, then make an IMMEDIATE RIGHT TURN into our parking lot.

DRIVING FROM ANTIOCH, PITTSBURG, CLAYTON:

Take Hwy CA-4 to the Railroad Avenue exit and proceed SOUTH on Railroad Avenue. Railroad Ave soon becomes Kirker Pass Road. After 5 miles Kirker Pass Road becomes Ygnacio Valley Road. Proceed almost 6 miles further SOUTH. Turn RIGHT approximately 125 yards beyond the Shell Station, then make an IMMEDIATE RIGHT TURN into our parking lot.
